- New version abandoned Until today I had been working on a new version of the scenery (although very, very slowly!). However today Gary Summons of UK2000 Scenery has released a new version of his EGBB scenery which I can quite honestly say is an outstanding piece of work. This coupled with the fact that he is to release one of his "free" versions of this scenery in the coming weeks means I have decided to cease work on my new version. Here's a direct link to the UK2000 EGBB scenery which I'm sure you'll find a great piece of work.

- X-plane version available My FS2004 scenery has been converted for use with X-plane by Richard Child. See the download page for more details on where to get the scenery and who to contact should you have any issues.

- Version 2.0 under developement It's been a while since I've done any scenery design, but I've decided that there are now enough changes to EGBB (a new international pier, taxiway resurfacing, stand changes, extension to car parks, plus more) that I need to produce an updated version. At this point I'm not going to give timescales but I will start by working on a new FSX version, before porting this back to FS2004. I have been working on several techniques for improving frame rates as well, so hopefully I'll be able to add to the amount of detail without any significant performance hit.

- Version 1.2 released! Updates have been released for both FS2004 and FSX versions. This version fixes a bug with the DME's for both ILS's not being zero'd at the runway threshold. Also added are TDZ lighting at both ends of runway 15/33 which were previously missing.

- I've had quite a few requests to make my scenery backward compatible with FS2004. After some thought I've decided that I will start this project in the next week or so...watch this space!

- Version 1.0 released! Version 1.0 of EGBB for FSX has been released. Note that this version is not compatible with previous versions of Flight Simulator.
